hunewearl, cuz i HAVE to have techs (resta and RA techs at the least), and the hune is much better than the humar IMHO, if you just look at lvl 200 stats im sure you can see why; she has lots more mst with just a bit less atp, and shes still plenty strong. Overall, i have a lot more fun with my hunewearl than with my humar.

IMHO, HUcast. The HUnewearl is great in all areas of the Hunter Class. HP really does not matter, when you have the DFP/MST/EVP and well rounded ATP to back all that up. Block >> Counter >> Enemy dead.

I've used all the hunters at one point and I like HUmar best. People are always complaining about not having the shifter and deband as HUmar, but jellen and zalure is a much more powerful spell. I put it to the test with my force XD

I like every HUnter class. It's all a matter of your preferences. But whoever said Jellen/Zalure was powerful is mistaken as I have both at lv 15 with my HUmar and they don't seem to reduce damage and def of a monster enought to promote continued usage.

HUcast isn't even close to one of the best offline characters. He's not even in the same league as a HUnewearl.

Twins S/D is around level 21, which means it won't last. No Jellen means you'll get smack around bad. And that incredibly high ATP also equals around 0 damage against a Morfos since he doesn't have Zalure.

Offline/solo wise, almost all the characters beat out HUcast.

I said it's more powerful than shifter and deband. A HUmar can defend better with jellen/zalure rather than shifter/deband. Like I said, I tested this with my force and my force has equal level support spells.

HuMar because his strength is he has no weaknesses. He is easily the most user friendly of the Hunters and can support himself in solo with resta,jellen and zalure plus he gets 250 mats which leads to great customizition. (besides he looks the most like me lol).

This is just my opinion though and is by no means concrete fact, i have always belived there is no "best" character and the HuMar is just my Favorite.

my HUcast is lvl 151 now and has 1400+ atp...a lvl 120 force and i pwned ep 2 minus seabed..and offline...pfft...since the enemies to me are dramatically weakend offline it seems as though we benefit more offline...less hits to kill enemies...so much hp we can not heal for like...10 or so hits...and atp is still high as hell..a humar just tries to cast JZ and gets knocked on his ass when the enemies get to him...and when that happens the rest of the time they're too busy casting resta on themselves to actually kill anything

hunewearls are ok offline and on i guess...i think you just have to like a cute looking character over a good character

hucasts have the highest atp and the lowest ata..which is kinda aggrivating but when your ata is maxed its not so bad..granted you have to start with a normal hit then 2 hard hits..you still end up doing more damage in the end than any of the other hu classes with the same equipment

hucast gets my vote for best hu class but...but offline i'd be a different hu class...but since 99% of my leveling goes on online it doesnt matter..and besides..who cares about lacking in offline play...online is the point of the game..phantasy star ONLINE.

Well, if their doublesaber combo is faster than anybody else's, they'll need it badly. They have less ATP and HP than even the Humar, despite the fact that caseals are androids and don't get techs. Kind of makes you wonder why the racaseals get 1800+ hp and they still manage to look so svelte.

Yes u hunewearls can say we useless without Forces online and r all whiney and such.

Way my online games go r

1. Everyone has 2pb creates equiped
2. Everyone does a different PB at same time when charged.
3. Everyone gets lv 50 shifta from the M&Y in the combo. (increases atp by 2.5)
4. Everything else dies and by the time S/D runs out everyone has charged their pb again easily.

Facts
1. When you have 4k atp everything dies increbibly fast.
2. Force shifta and zalure together dont have the same inpact as lv 50 shifta alone.
3. And yes offline M&Y shifta does allow u to do damage above 0

Online Hunewearls R useless as an overall attacking class. They yes can leech exp with Razonta and stuff but andriods and forces are the main powerhouses.

I'll wager that Phalanx, a HUnewearl, can finish those 3 faster than any HUcast. (those areas can all be finished solo) You can all the dupes you want, for all I care. We'll do three runs of each area and total up the time; that way, I won't hear any lame excuses about bad maps after you lose.

Whomever loses agrees to not play online for a month; I simply don't like to see stupid people online.

So, whom here willing to back up their words with their actions?

Betting on the droid in this time attack contest is like betting on a 3-legged horse.

People already know that the Mines and CCA are not good areas for a lone droid, so they'll probably try for HS.

A good HUcast will probably have no problem with most of the things in F1. The hidelts, though, are the killer. Assuming both chars have cure/shocks equipped, the HUcast will spend most of his time getting up from the big punch of doom. Even if he does get through the first 2 hidelts, he still has to face a wave of 3 in the next room and that will deplete his healing supplies.

Should he survive this, he gets to have the fun of facing 4 online hidelts at once. While he's trying to kill those 4, the Hunny is already spanking the dragon ;p

I'd take this challege if I were online. Here's what I would use with my HUcast: S-Red Blades (for the S/D), a Zanba, and an Egg Blaster. All are legit. I'm not saying a HUcast is the better character, I would just be interested to see who would win.

I do play multiplayer offline quite a bit, which gives the enemies the same stats as if they were online. I do have a Cure/Shock, but I leave it in the bank most of the time. It comes out when I fight Vol Opt or the Gol Dragon though. As for the Egg Blaster thing, I didn't realize it was RA only. It doesn't really matter, the only time I use a handgun is when I'm shooting down critters so I can get them in melee weapon range. A Red Handgun will work just as well. I might have to go over to my friend's house and get online just so I can take your challenge, Phalanx. Of course, we might have to change the stakes considering I don't really play online. Also, you might have to give me some time to get used to those online quests. Another fun one might be to see how fast four of each character can make it through a portion of Challenge mode. That way it could even be done so that the times could be verified.

P.S hunewearl r the rubbish on BA and challange mode. In fact they almost useless on c1-4.

When did being the 'best' offline suddenly make them the best class.

Oh and yes on Basic ba match mode a hucast would win he just gets his PB full and M&Y is higher than zalure/jellen so wouldn't be powered down.
