I played through everything and this is the only tech I need! It's not droping anywhere on SH so I may have to search in H again, but where? Im was thinking the ET but theres a good chance I could clear the whole map and not find it:-?

I have Resta-10's on my tradelist. I seem to recall finding them in Makara in Hard.

Does it have to be level 10? I have a level 12 if you're interested, and I'm not looking for anything specific for it.

A lvl 10 Resta is easier or harder than booster spells (Shifta/Deband) and debuffs. Well, they are random drop so I can't tell. Yeah ET run could be a better way to find lvl 10 Resta. You should do it when you have bunch of time.
