Has anyone fought a HILDEBLUE?

I was playing offline on hard for the first time and at the very end, right before you fight the dragon, the hildebear that was suppose to be there was replaced by a hildeblue. he wasnt anyharder but when i killed him he gave me a kaldaglod thingy. however you say it. Has anyone else seen one of these?

There are exceptionally rare versions of the Hildebear, Rappy, Lilly and Slime. If you are lucky enough to see one, make sure you kill it, as it almost always leaves behind something of considerable value. Congrats on your 'bear' sighting. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif

The first time I played in Very Hard mode (online, but nobody had joined my game yet), I saw (and killed) an Al Rappy. What do I get for my efforts? about 1200 MST! Whoop-de-do! Sure, it's more than what they normally drop, but come on!

i saw a purple lilly before but ive never seen a hildeblue, the lilly gave me some rare weapon. forgot.

cool... at least we have confirmation that we can meet rare enemies offline too.. the last time i saw a rare enemy al rappy was in an online game.. just as a matter of curiosity when u met the rare enemies how many hours have u logged??

I saw a rare lilly and when I killed it I got a hero/ability and that kicked some major @$$.

I've seen a hildeblue which dropped a Soul Eater, and a red slime which dropped nothing :/

I've heard that hildeblues drop the Soul Eater a lot. I know I've gotten a Soul Eater to drop twice off of them, and have a few friends who confirm Soul Eater drops from them as well.

I used to see quite a few AL rappy's when I first started playing, but since getting into V.Hard mode, the only rare enemy I have seen was a Nar Lily. What did I get for killing it? 1800 mst. Yay... because what I really need more of is meseta. /sarcasm

I saw my first (and so far, only) rare spawn, an Al Rappy, when my character was still just starting out. I was offline, about 15th level, playing the "Fake in Yellow" Quest (normal mode, obviously).

o shut up. i know i shouldnt cheat .s o i wont. i wont ruin this game. but i think its gettin kinda repeptitive. my brother got a level199 opa opa and hes only level 31. he got it for ree. that mean someone duped theirs. he can use every wep in the game now and can beat the forest online on hard by himself and hes only lv 31. i cant even do that,, actually i could but not with as much ease as he did. and im level42! he gets great weps and items for free, i dont get squat! Baasically hes invinsible. but im having more fun with my game

I saw a Hildeblue when I was only a Lv7 Hucast, at the time I was doing that reporter quest. All it dropped was around 700Mst and gave 100Exp (instead of the usual 10Exp). They are a lot stronger, but they don't have more HP than Hildebears. The big protrusions on its back are facing the opposite direction, to Hildebears. Not encountered any other rare creatures yet, but still looking. I think maybe it might have something to do with your section ID, as to how often you will see 1. My character is a YELLOWBOZE, which might explain it.

but i was using my lvl 5 force and she died

Er...lets see...I have seen an Al Rappy (Blue), both off and online. A Pouilly Slime (Red). A Mil Lilly (Ultimate Mode Only, Offline). A Hildeblue (Online, Win Back -Forest).

In addition some friends of mine have found a Nar Lilly (Offline) and even a Green Rappy! (Offline Ultimate Forest!!!)

In total from these have got a regen gear, a soul eater and thats about all I ever got from them that was rare. Otherwise meseta or a star atomiser or nothing much.

It is possible to find rare enemies offline.
I found 2 Al Rappys, a bunch of Nar Lilys, and a Powuilly Slime once on the japanese server

Found 2 Pal Rappies(Ult offline)-yielded in meseta once and nothing the other time because it was the Researcher in Yellow Quest, one Red Lily-Hero's Ability, and a Hildablue on Vhard w/DB Armor.

Back when I created a new HUmar, he encountered an Al Rappy in the Battle Training quest ... it dropped a barrier.

1 Al Rappy - some online fluke decided it wasn't worth the fight cuz he cheated his items on already (i.e. 4 spread needles adding up to more than 4 180s)

3 Hildeblue - (drops 2500meseta, soul eater, durandal)

5 Nar Lillies- 3 meseta gems, difluid, and hero/ability(hurrah, my first)

2 pouilly slimes - elf/legs-- and ogre/power++

It's still strange how the name "Death Gunner" is in word select, yet, not a person on this planet has seen it. Hopefully in the GC version they will either take that out of the word select or... create it.
(And if you didn't know, it's supposedly a dark gunner, but rare, of course.)

o and death gunners have red gems on top and are slightly darker. theyre not even actual rare enemies.

mag is right it doesnt change, HOWEVER, there is ALWAYS a death gunner with each group. As soon as they appear head for the one with the red gem ASAP. dont shoot the others or anything, and ull find the one with the red gem first is the death gunner. i certainly find them every run through ruins each time.

If you kill the the one with the red gem first, another one will become the death gunner and have the red gem, till thers no more of them in the room. Only time I noticed this NOT happening is when they are frozen and you kill the red gem one.

Red Slime - 1 Flame Visit, other 3 or 4 dropped junk
Pal Rappy - 1 SSFM, about 5 others dropped junk

Thank you DjDangerous for clearing that up. When you kill the gunner with the red gem(death gunner) there will be another death gunner that comes from the other dark gunners....meaning a dark gunner's name DOES change to death gunner. But I guess Mag was partly right as death gunner's name doesn't change.

Death gunners are fun just freeze them or paralyze them and all of the dark gunners become immobilized as well and u can take em all out pretty quickly without them gettin off a shot.
