Hm... Come to think of it, I never could raise a mag with 195 of any stats. The closest is 189 for dex mag. At any case, don't take offense. I'm a mag farmer and it hard to get stats that are 190+.

OK. Then I assumed those mags with 195 for stat is a hacked mag. My friends have a couple of them also. I'm just curious if there is a way to raised a mag with only 1 stat.

Yes... Take a Base mag, use a Kit of Mark3 on it...

it will have the stats 5/0/0/0, then just raise whatever stat you want... it will end up as a 5 DEF and 195 whatever you want. But you will not have any PBs.

That is why/how the Sega system mags are like that.
