But no,sega of america decided to become lazy and this is mostly SOA's fault, not ST or the gamers of PSO (not you people at PSO World).

1.Sega didn't provide a real support page, like Everquest. If they done just a simple one that mirrors the japanese version, that would make all the code users go "bye bye"!
2.IMO,I think gamers are afaid to report them. All they need is to just give the information they need and the code users will be gone.
3.Sega of America didn't care at all.I mean, why SOA didn't recoginze the problem.I can promise you that if Sega of America cares for it's custormers and treats their people who play PSO as the same as the JP gamers over there:you could see nothing but legits and open rooms in the PSO servers now.

There...that's my short essay on what did SOA should've done to PSO to prevent what is happening now.

SOA had no controll over the servers. They were all run by ST, in Japan. I wa told this on the phone quite a long time ago.

yeah, and besides, suppose you see someone named "I d00p 4 u" claiming to dupe and everything in a room, or something else like that. You can tell sega about this peron, but he/she will probably just re-create the char and theres no evidence that char really existed...since Sega keeps no records of who has what chars that have been online.

ST simply didn't want Sega period touching their shit after the crap Sega pulled when they fired 120 people. So really they had no control over the servers. And like they would care anyway, this was when the DC was FORCED into extermination.

I believe this caused Sonic Team to split from Sega cause of that. So yes. . It was uhm....I think in 2001 when they did that crap. You can say it's the real reason why the DC went to hell so fast.

Note that I could be wrong, all I know is they lost that many that year.
