If you want the mission counter for this, go to Holtes City East on Parum, and head for the Guardians Branch [when entering the East block, it's on the left]. There were plenty of people hanging about there earlier today.

that drop is broken i think cause if someone had 1 they show off with it for a stack i think segac need to fix it
