Maybe some-one here could help me out with a little info, just presume that i'm a total idiot and don't know anything about computer/broadband connection. I've bought myself an ADSL connection just to play PSO and a BBA. I do not have a computer at home and i need to know if i can just run a wire from my Gamecube/BBA to my phone socket to get online. Can it really be as simple as that or is it a lot more complicated? Do i need a computer to get connected up? Like i said just presume i'm totally ignorant. Thanks.

The ADSL modem connects to your phone line. The BBA plugs into the bottom of your gamecube. You connect the BBA and the ADSL modem with a Cat5e ethernet patch cable.

Phone socket - Phone wire - ADSL modem - Cat5e patch cable - BBA - Gamecube

A big problem is that your ADSL connection might use PPPoE. Contact the company you purchased your ADSL connection from and ask if your connection uses PPPoE.
