JP server 5th flloor mission

When I chose the missions from the section below the story mssions on the 5th floor, all i got were the colony missions which were also availabel on the 4th floor. Is there any difference being made when those missions are chosen from different floor.?

When you talk to the NPC choose the 2nd option. All of the lobbies on GC are listed there.

or...if you are talking about what I think you are talking about...the short answer is 'no'

The only reason they did that, is so that its easier to get started with a group. That way you can look through each of the lobbies and just jump to the first open group that looks good and then after that the rest is normal. i.e. after that mission you'll go lobby hopping through the rest of GBR.
