The payment is defined by how effective the MAG is and the stats it has. For the power MAG it need to have 195 Power and 5 def and 120 sync and 200 iq.

Yes. You can feed the mag only Dimates first of all. If you get any defense or dexterity, then feed the mag something that makes the mag lose dexterity and defense (Before you get a level in dex or def) but gain mind. Then, feed it Dimates again and it will lose all the mind.

No you can't make a mag whit 5/195/0/0. Only whit mag cell. You can make the most of 13/187/0/0 that is a regular mag.

Yeah. I was just looking at it and noticed that everything manages to boost defense in some way or another.

you be stuck at the first evo(lvl 10) of the mag. there are no items to reduce DEF or DEX. there is no way u are able to raise the POW till the next evo(lvl 35) without raising either the DEX or DEF stats.
