oh i see now, well it could be 1 or 2 reasons ure stuck:

1. I see that u didnt type the correct katakana even if it doesnt seems like that.
2. There's little time u got to type in id, pass, and verification image text

Use a chart or something, you're gonna have to learn these off by heart if you're gonna search stuff in shops.
