According to a PSO wallpaper I found (Yes, it's on my desktop right now,) the DC version of the seal to the ruins, instead of the GC version, MUUT DITTS POUMN, was MOOTE DIEZ POMM.
Perhaps my imagination is a bit overreactive this morning, but might it have something to do with the seal on the Algo system in Phantasy Star 4? MOOTE=MOTA, DIEZ-DEZO, POMM=PALM? Think about it.
Tehn again, it might be sheer coincidence.

That wallpaper was probably a screen grab while someone was playing under a different language other than English? I dunno. I played both ver.1 and 2 for the DC and it always said "MUUT DITTS POUMN."

Fanatic72802: Im pretty sure thats exactly what the seal is supposed to refer to. I believe I also read something like this on a fan page, but I dont remember where.
