It's more of a what keys on a USA keyboard represent the thingys hes trying to type in as a Japan keyboard blarg -begins sleeping-

Well if you have your JP enabled on your keyboard, you just need a katakana sheet, and when you find the one you're looking for with the way that particular kana is sounded, you spell it out. IE: (ツ) or tsu, you would type as T-S-U, and it will convert to it when typed properly.

Yeah, I was just being a sarcastic ass because the solution is so simple.
1. Turn on Japanese IME.
2. Google katakana chart.
3. Have fun going cross-eyed trying to figure out the characters since they are partially distorted.
4. It isn't actually very hard.
