Cast luck

I am really wondering why Cast allways have the lest luck given out of any race?this is not fair I am really tired of Beast getting Mega Holy 2 or thrre times a week and Cast getting mega Holy once a month.I just dont understand this in the last two months cast have had Mega holy 3 times while Beast have had Mega Holy 14 times just please tell me why I just dont understand? signed No luck on PSU

CAST fate is bound not by a 'soul', but by orbiting laser platforms.

For real though, IIRC the number of 3☆ days is supposed to even out between races/genders, more or less, over a 365-day interval.

Luck is spread pretty evenly. Female Neuman has the most 3* luck and Male Cast has the least, but it's not as big of a spread as you might think. (these numbers are from the japanese version which will be a bit different than the US version)
