If he did something that deserved a banning, why would he be un-banned? If we un-ban one person, everyone who ever got banned would have to be un-banned.

Doesn't make any sense to me. o_0

besides he shouldn't have participated and contributed to that spam thread as badly as he did. he knew he had his warning counts increased

Yes, to answer your question. It's permanent. If you caused enough trouble or broke a big enough rule to warrant being banned, you won't be un-banned. That would be pointless, to unban someone who caused enough trouble in the first place. =

He was banned for a very good reason. If you saw the posts that got him banned, I think you would change your mind and agree with the mods on this one. I saw them and they were quite vulger to say the least and I understand why the mods chose to ban him.
