Umm i can't sign on?

So im trying to get on PSU, but the first time i tried to sign on it said, "Your account has been locked because of an irregular ending way" or something like this then it said wait and try again in minutes, Now it says "Connection to Phantasy Star Universe failed."

Any idea whats up?

Just disconnect and try again after 10mins
