I think with the MS points what your asking would be a violation of the terms of service, and a mod will probably close this thread soon. Did you get the guys gamer tag? anytime you make a big deal like that you should have the persons card. I don't know if Sega will help you but at least you can report the fucker. If a deal seems to good to be true it probably is. Sorry about your stuff and good luck.
