i would not find following stuffs on psupedia or amesani,

1. パピヨンツエル: 7* wand, is this item supposed to be rare or it just a regular wand .

２. モトウブ 始原祭の像　：7＊ room , is this room decoration worth saving for future exchanging other items ?

Just google'd this... パピヨンシエル [not パピヨンツエル, but very close] is, IIRC, a male-only wand from PSPo2. Papillon Shell? Papillon Cher/Chère?
