Hi !
I have just seen that there are some quests only available in online when you choose "paly alone"

Does someone know the rewards for these quests ?

Well...From doing some of them, I can say you don't get anything THAT awesome. If memory serves, you usually receive nothing more than grinders or PDs.

You don't need to play them alone. You're able to play them with friends as well.

It's too bad that the quests are not comprehensive in the same effect of PSO quests.
For example, no TTF or ROW or anything that spawns specific monsters.

They still give good rewards though...

Only difference between quests and just free run is that some quests are a shorter trip to the boss. Quests also give more EXP, but lower rare rates.
