The pollen here is so bad that I just now began to get allergies. :disapprove:

Apparently you can use some sort of saline solution to completely flush out your sinuses. I haven't tried it myself, but stuffed up sinuses are annoying enough that I might have to the next time it's an issue.

I was told to never put things up your nose.
I think that's how it goes.

Yeah, it's basically a tea pot you put in your nose. Like I said, I haven't tried it myself.

For the less uncommon-nasal-paraphernalia-inclined, you could also tip your head way back and pour saline solution from a spritz bottle into your nose. Have some water on hand, because it tastes really gross when it runs down your throat.
