I logged on right after maintenance... and I found that I had like 40+ titles earned? are those the new ones we were getting? I'd like to know the requirements for them as I got them already lol.

Yeah, those are from the latest wave. I'm working on a list right now. Keep an eye on this section -- http://psupedia.info/Talk:Titles#Third_wave. Hopefully I'll have it finished soon.
