Material with no use

I gather stamp for 5 days and got Devil's Blade thing for lottery prize. But apparently it has no use for synth neither exchange.
Is this really unusable like I think?

Over 50 hours of playing I finally got my rare mission flag, and they gave a message: "Mission can't be played. Requirement of this mission isn't satisfied."

Where I can play rare mission on Parum?

Are u on the free course? If u are on the free course, Free course'ers cannot do rare free mission.

One last thing, do I need to clear all the story missions to play side story missions?

Because I wanted to play Innocent girl and I got same message from it just like rare missions.

Innocent Girl isn't available for Free Course players, the only side story available is the one that has a connection with PSP2 called Passport to Subspace.

I wanna get rid of rare mission asap so I can be freed from that evil pink colored 幻影の横坑.
