Upgrading weapons

I don't know where all the places are to upgrade weapons, I can't do any of mine at the Colony..
I've looked on Neudaiz for a shop can't seem to find it.
I want to add the Grinder things to my weapons.
Can someone list me where to go exactly for each make of weapon please?

Main shops would be considered as Player shops.

Depending on the maker of the weapon depends on the store you have to visit. For instance a weapon who's maker is GRM, means you would have to go to GRM on the planet Parum (and if you are to upgrade) and make sure the weapon is not equipted on your palette and you have the grinders you want to use in your inventory. For GRM and TENORA stores the upgrade desk is at the back of the stores but for YOHOMEI it will be the desk oposite from the direct back desk. Good luck with grinding.

Tenora Weapons- Tenora Works all the way in the back.
GRM-GRM shop all the way in the back.
Yohmei-Yohmei Shop right in the center.
Kubara- 2nd floor all the way in the back on the right.
