i Cant get my Mirosoft Applocal-thing to work any help on getting past this?

It didn't work for me and I use Vista. It must only work for XP, which is the operating system that the guy used in the video.

Didn't hinder me getting onto JP PSU though.

I use XP and i didn't have to download the Microsoft thing.

I use window 7 and it with out the AppLocale I can play PSU JP,

with reading the applocale in youtube i just skipped an go on to the next . and it still worked for me with out it.
