A Desperate Cry- A Useless Cry

It's not uncommon for me to go through almost an entire mission online in PSU (JP PC Aoti) and end up with an error like error 57, and end up kicked off.
I'm assuming that my connection at home is bad maybe?

The real question:
Is there any way that I can continue my mission when I sign back on or something? I have gotten tons of EXP without gaining any mission points this way.

As far as I know, you can only "continue" the mission if you are playing with friends. If you're disconnected and rejoin, you'll receive only partial MP for the mission.

What are your ping times like for the JP servers?
