Red Line Set Bonus?

Does anyone know the bonus you get when u have the full set of Red Line and all the red units with the Flowen's Sword+?

Is it at least good? lol and do you NEED the sword for the set bonuses? :D

i got all the red units & Flowen's Sword+ need a red line dam it

i think they could fix it in
