Hi. Could someone tell me at what times the following takes place on JP PSU in PDT? I've already filled in some of my guesses.

Daily Casino Coin: 5PM
Daily Luck: ?
Daily Stamp: 8AM

Weekly Maintenance: Wednesday 7PM-2AM

Daily Luck changes at 8AM PST, 10PM CST, and 11AM EST. for now. It changes like when you can also get the stamps.
