How do you get the Rappy suit?

I just started playing PSU online, and was stoaked to be able to get enough money to get the HUmar outfit so quickly. But now I've seen people running around in the Rappy suit, clearly making my PSO outfit feel way inferior. So; how does one go about acquiring one?

There is a trade-in mission on the 5th floor in the very back at the elevators. It's called R&D trade station
