Can you change your appearance?

Sorry if it's a noob question, but is it possible to change your character's appearance after creating him? Be it full customization, or simply changing hair, any info is apppreciated :)

Also, off-topic, anyone know how to get one of those awesome Rappy suits? The yellow one is just absolutely wicked ^_^

you can change the hairstyle, you can change skintone, eyes, face, eyebrows, lipstick, and so on, with guardians cash you can even change the height and body structur
