Post your offering prices or simply say "im interested in X weapon" and Ill post a proposal price! Some weapons will also be up for sale, as I do want money for 'em. All S rank at the moment! If im "Currently holding" a weapon, you can still make an offer or ask about it, its just means someons interested.
