I really hate to reply to you JJ, but I guesss I am taking the bait because I just can't let that one pass. I am thirty three years old, apartheid ended when I was in highschool. If I (or I think you) had lived in a society where until the age of eighteen or so I had been denied my voting rights, property rights, workers right, and had not been allowed a proper education by law, that perhaps 15 years later we might still be seeking some sort of compensation, or justice for these ills from those that benefited from them. This is not ancient history. This is people who were systemically abused and neglected, and denied oppurtunity on a scale you can't imagine. It is not the fault of "whites", and if you pay attention (or could read for that matter) you would see that Dave didn't say that either. Elites, at one time exclusively white, now white and black, are what is the issue. It is not a race issue it is a class issue. I will stop blaming the rich and powerful for the ills of the poor when they stop raping and pillageing across the globe, decimating communities, destroying lives and cultuers, with total immpunity and a sickening sense of intitlement and utter lack of human feeling or decency.
