I wouldn't put faith in SEGA getting supplemental to us before August. It's really sad how far behind we are falling compared to Japan which opened their servers up only 3-4 months before us. In the last 3-4 years I think we have fallen behind 1 1/2 to 2 years. Horray for SEGA and their epicness.

yeah we have been this far back for over a year now, its not a new development.

i just 'hope' that sega actually realise how much of the community will be leaving if we dont get some decent updates...... just a shame it has taken this long for people to realise, and yes i did quit my subscription for over a year back when we 'should' have had this update so i know all about sega's tricks.

i am hoping also that the delay is due to a big update coming, but like i have said multiple times i have no faith in sega any more, i just play the game because i love the series and have done since the master system.

I think it's hilarious how they're giving us little Previews of the "Supplement update" or whatever, as if its some kind of huge Surprise; as if we didn't already know what to expect. I'm Not complaining though just pointing something out.

This is the real run down

June 21st, 2009 will move to June 24th, 2010 as a regular Maintenance to pepare for the up coming 'Supplemental Update'.

Reason for this push back is the Version 1 of the PSU Player's do not have enough time to make the change over to the new AOTI Version.

Supplemental Update will be release as our Regional Sever seem fit.
And we will post at the time.

Please be patience as this change over are taking in effect.

You do realize that the really sad thing is that our maintenance is delayed yet Japan's servers still get a full content update. Once again we continue to be treated like second-rate customers. Nothing new here and at this point do we really expect things to improve? PSU is a lost cause for anyone not playing on Japan's servers.

As a final announcement, there has been another change in schedule. It was stated prior that during this maintenance, Sega would be discontinuing support for players who have not upgraded to Ambition of the Illuminus. A notice has been posted in which they have pushed back the cutoff to a currently undetermined date. It is said that there will be more information on this soon

SoA will remove the current 'GUARDIANS Boot Road' and 'Seasonal lobbies' as for May 2010 update.
When or If they are up to it on June 21, 2010.
And load up "Happy birthday, Sonic!"
