Submitting Wallpaper?

I was wondering if PSOW excepts Wallpaper submissions? Ive been playing about with PSP latly and have ended up with some pretty funky wallpapers, but when i had a look about the site couldnt find anything about submitting papers.

So if your wanting some Wallpaper for the download section, im willing to donate some of mine.
