Unfortunately, no. All items (among other things) have to be pre-programmed into the game. There are still some undiscovered items, but they're in the programming.

And there's always the possibility ST can make an expansion disc with new items down the line as well, if not a full blown sequel.

On the Xbox version, it could be possible, but I doubt they would do it. I'm sure they will put out one more explansion pack before they put out PS02.

It would be nice to get this all cleared up and if Sonic Team Could make a list off all the items, not even were there located just so we know if some items still exist from the Dreamcast version such as Flame Garment...
