What time did they come back on exactly?

I figured it would take till 10am or so for someone in the US offices to come in to work, and to reboot the server.

But I would be interested to know the exact time so as to plan the next time this happens. If they won't be turned on till business hours we may as well stop trying to log on through the night.

I have noticed that the servers are as responsive as they have ever been this morning - seriously.
