I'm not sure. I know Rangers can. Forces probably can, if they have a high enough ATP rating.

Well, it's been a few hours, and no one really seems to know. How about we set a time/place to meet? We'll see if you can equip the Chain Sawd.

When naming a time, keep in mine that I'm in Central time, and there's no way in Hell I'm getting up before 2PM.
