I have the US version of PS0. Can I add the Friend Code and play with a user of the Japanese version of PS0?

I'm gonna say yes... Because I hear you can trade for the Japanese exclusive vending machine items, but they won't look the same.

Yeah, you can. When I used to play PSZ, regularly, with friends, one of them would use their JP File.
