what its the best mission for drops?

Magashi Plan A is probably your best bet. It doesn't drop like it did during Shred the Darkness, but it should still be a better drop than anywhere else.

Magashi Plan, the side story mission, doesn't drop Mot Walna at all. The boxes that dropped Walna, Catilium, etc were taken out of the side story version of the mission.

You're best bet for Mot Walna is Desert Terror or Awokent Serpent right now on the domestic servers.

Huh, I could have sworn the boxes were still there, just that the rate was reduced. Oh well.
