so ive been reading around the site a little bit now.. and i read about the items you get from titles... i got my copy at a 'going out of buisness' sale (hollywood video... i'll miss you :( ) and it had titles already done and so i googled until i found the method to reset the game and clear the data... so now i have a new friend code... and it wont let me online

will the code be different again if i make a new character? like... are they unique to each user save or each character save?? im using public wifi... so my connection might be spotty sometimes, but this is the first time it refuses every connection attempt i make...
