If this "announcement of an announcement" is occurring on Monday, July 12th, then the release date for the SuppUp better be Friday, July 16th.

That's all I have to say. Any other date wouldn't make sense given the "announcement" date.

Yup, posted this a few weeks ago on the official forums:

"He (Edward) could just keep posting announcements of later announcements that will announce later announcements. "

At least maybe people will know ahead of time if there won't be any updates for a week or two.

"Our announcement today (Monday) is that we are pleased to announce the supplemental update for Phantasy Star Universe. In conclusion to this wonderful announcement we will celebrate with a casino item rotation and a C rank retarded kubara dagger that nobody asked for, placed in all common boxes. Please check the official website to find out how many more excuses we can make up to delay the supplemental release date."
