PA increases from the supp. Update

Could someone from the jp servers tell me if the increase in strength for the bullets and skills is noticeable?

Since there are a lot of PAs that are getting a boost, it's best if I just give you the translated JP Wiki links and then you can compare them with PSUPedia's values for whichever PAs you're interested in.
