Getting Online

Is it hard to access the multiplayer when playing with people who are not right next to you lol? Is a wireless router neccassary? I'm looking into buying a DS lite and a PSzero or just sticking the the PSP and buying Portable1. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You will need a wireless router or that USB dongle Nintendo used to make (rather hard to find now since they are discontinued)

Are you playing online (through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection) or just local multiplayer?

Local multiplayer, all you need is two DS's and two carts.

For wifi, yes, you need wireless internet and be able to access it with your DS.
