Shit was the cult status it didn't get respect it deserved because it wasn't Tekken shiny, Soul Calibur bloomy plumey. Kinda got it after the fact. Street Fighter 3 style, but not enough.

After being lost by Guile's team and left for dead, turned psychotic and to the black market for load outs. Feeling betrayed. (Looks exactly like Scrub's Deku Metal Gear idea, blonde hair gasmask, etc.)

Even the terrible characters had semi-interesting reasons to be there. Pullum's Hindi dad was found brainwashed/brain dead with a Shadowloo book in his hand. After Bison reason like Chun-Li but updated. Who knows how Chun-Li's dad died? Nobody, not even Capcom.
