Has anyone ever figured out what it is? is it available, the Big Shield Effect when blocking is ill..

it has a "Shield" shaped Effect, as in it looks like a "Shield"

* edit Actually I think i can remember some years ago, someone mentioned that it was the "Gerard Line"
