Well I've grinded my mag just for atp, and added only atp mins, and so on, but in super hard....

I probably miss more than half the time on any mob that isn't just average. It's pretty frustrating.

How much hit should I add? Or will adding hit to anything be worth it?

In Super Hard, you want an ATA (with weapon/mat/mag ATA added) of about 520 if in the first few areas, or about 560 for anything Paru and beyond in SH (or Usanny-related). Enemies simply have too much EVP.

And if you're gonna add hit on anything, Mag's the best. Units suck because the Hit units are only 3/5 as good as every other unit in the game, and Power mats are almost non-negotiable because mat increases are affected by Shifta, unlike Weapon or Mag or unit ATP increases.

20-40 hit on your mag should be plenty, depending on what kind of weapon you're using. Keep in mind that you're going to gain plenty of hit through level-ups, so you have to ask yourself whether or not it's worth committing time and resources to a mag that you may not even need by the time you actually finish it.

pkrockin has a point. I would suggest looking at your character's lv100 stats and working from there.

Problem with that is making it to level 100 in SH if you can't hit the enemies with your current ATA even if your level 100 ATA would be sufficient... you're thinking a little bit too far ahead for the CURRENT situation for him. :P

It's not like reaching lv100 is hard. Hell you can get a lot of EXP just doing hard missions.

Good thing there are reset materials. I haven't used one yet so I don't really know how good it can be. :p

But why waste 80 materials and the time getting them when you could use mats and KEEP them and be useful mat-wise forever? : /

i could be wrong but i think he is saying make a new mag and add some hit to the mag, bceause mats are hard to get? i could be wrong, if i am please correct me. i have the same build as him, but i have 475 ata with all my gear. and i dont miss that often

Not so much hard to get, but when you do the math, at 5 PD's a mat, thats at least 400 PD's worth of mats you'll maybe end up having to rebuy because of 1 reset.

yeah. remaking the mag is a lot better idea

This character is already level 100, so ... yeah, let me list my current stats.
Dalek EVO: Level 100 HUcast
ATP: 1201
DFP: 574
ATA: 488
EVP: 311
MST: 239

This is a little old, I have slightly more DFP and my HP is a little over 900 now because of a nice Blaze Helion.

I guess I'll start grinding another Mag.

I should also say, my mag is nearly 99% ATP, and my mins are completely ATP as well.

Depends on your weapons and how much hit they have.
What's your average ATA with them equipped?

See above your post, those are all with equips. Using a Ansiraffe thing right now, but looking to get a better one.

My armor right now is terrible.

Yeah I'd go with a 50 hit mag for the time being until you find some weapons with hit.
