Ok so on psu pedia it says to get to the second tier of /r mission you need 500 AMP so if I got 500 AMP Right now wuld it unlock or does sega gotta update it so I can get to it.

You guys don't have 2nd stage GAM yet. Just the 3 missions in 1st stage.
