Can 20 cap be exceeded?

This may seem like a dumb question but i would like to know can we level up past 20 during the GAM missions or is that where we stay? and if we can pass it how do you level up?

You can't pass it. It's locked at 20 for the entire mission.

Just keep playing and down the road we have more GAM missions that have a higher cap. But you need the AMP so you will need to grind it out.

You're capped at level 20, and don't get regular EXP from GAM, you get AEXP.
