Im New To Psu So I Have No Idea How Or What So Ever A Clue How To Get To The Casino.Im Also A PSO Fan So How Do I Get To The Multi Planet? And How Do I Get To The HIVE City?

The Casino is on Moatoob. The road to get there (from the Dagora City Flyer Base) is:

-Valley of Carnage
-Mine Defense
-Tunnel Recapture
-Caves of Ice
-Awoken Serpent

..and then you'll be at the Casino. As for the "multi planet" and "HIVE city", I don't know what those are.
