u know these ap things? u can use them to increase your basic stats...and its alot on low level...like hp...to get 200 hp as a techer on lv 200...must be like double the basic hp XD i think this MF just used tp + up to lv5 or even less....isk about those techer weps, im not playing techer

No, only TP+ will allow you to equip items above your base TP rating.

only GAS makes it possible to increase your basic stats. Like Shou said you need TP Lv2 for the psycho wand or another possible thing would be for example adding DFP Level 4 to make a Serafi senba equippable for a Masterforce Level 20. But no stat increase unit can fix this

Masterforce is beastly (no PSU pun intended), but it isn't the best class in the game, especially for you guys >_>

All of Ceresa's videos are done with Pwands, Pushans, and Motavs. Granted you guys don't have Motavs, but Pushans are only 3% less DPS than Motavs. Gaozoran Rod+ is also usable by you guys...which is close to pwand with the exception of a difference in variance. All of the mentioned above is available on 360 if you aren't lazy.

I have a question about the motavs. When do you think we'll get them here in the US servers?
Also, it looks really strong at 10/10, do you notice if it hits a bit close to psycho 10/10 or no?

It hits in between a Pushan and Psycho Wand. Remember rods have a 20% boost, meaning even if it had the same TP, Psycho Wand would still do more damage.
