Yes, it's true. My FOnewearl is scary. And not in the way you might think. Yeah, Forces in the GC version of PSO are mighty, and are scary in the way that one may say, "That just isn't right! A pigmy Force shouldn't kick that much butt!" No, the fright of Pinkal FOnewearl named Jeane is the reoccurence of series of triple sixes - the zip code for Satan.

It started happening early, when she was in the thirty-some range of levels. First it was her TP ending up on the numbers 666, and later it was her HP. And now - now that she is in Ultimate mode and has mysteriously (and quite fortuitously http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif ) earned an Asuka off of Barba Ray in Ultimate mode, she can repeatedly do six-hundred and sixty-six damage to certain creatures with her spells.

And the damnedest thing of all is...

She's so damn cute!

It's just wrong for a tall (well, for a FOnewearl) medium-sized Newman Force wearing white to have this series of curious coincidence! Her character concept isn't devilish! Sure, she has pointed ears, but so did Nei! And Rika! And all those other nice Newman lads and lassies!

And then I wonder...is this the reason my GameCube crashes so much? (But then again, it hasn't crashed since I've been playing her...)

My theory, bad Voodoo. The same kinda voodoo I got when Mr. Rogers died.
If my mojo is telling me right, you should try pouring holy water on your gamecube and you'll never have to deal with it crashing again!

Edit: An exorcism might also work.

hehe In Diablo 2 : LOD there are monsters that lower ( or raise ) your Defence to 666, The devil...and computers games http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif the link is enevatuble

Wait, what monsters did that? It's been so long since I've played, the Only rare creatures I remember are Pindle, Baal, Diablo, Cow King, and the infamous "Snotpuke the Bloody"

EDIT: Oh, and "Bilefester the Unclean"

EDIT: Also "Pusbile the Rotten"(or someting like that)

it was those guys in the chaos sanctuary...dont remember their names those, but on the 3rd switch there was a ton of them.

That reminds me, once doing the dark forest or something in act one of Diablo 2, i saw a rare corrupt rogue by the name of Death Pus the Horrid. My mouse was covering up the last two letters and i dunno, that kinda sparked my immature sick humor sense and i started laughing. (then again that was a 2 years ago and i haven't played D2 for a while...)

Everytime I play Asshole(card game), I get 666 in my hand. It's scary... real scary...

Yeah, i've been there and lets just say the old saying (example: "Yeah, when hell freezes over!")is false...Hell freezes over plenty of times (especially in Febuary).

Hah!! I thought it was just me! My poor FOmarl has been possessed by the same number for a while. At first it was her TP, and that freaked me out. Then her ATP as well as MST ended up hitting 666 at some points too. Often during those times I would look at my menu and coincidently be carrying 666 Mesta too. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif Fortunately last night I broke the spell at level 100! I had 66? (the ? is there because I forgot the exact number) HP last night. I was close to leveling to 100 and I thought I'd hit 666 HP. I was gonna be very unhappy. Samething happened in my game at certain points, mostly with my Forces.

Tech damage dealt 666 a few times at different point in the game, with different techs(for long periods of time), hp reached 666, dfp was both 1666 and 666 a few times.

Quite a few people have the 666 HP experience as well.

kind of off topic but something similar has happened to me in real life <_>, after the events of 9/11, sometimes without noticing I look at the clock and everytime I do now its 9:11pm or 9:11am, speaking of which its 9:11pm RIGHT NOW! I don't time these things ... it just happens to be that time...

Heh, that happened to me for a while. Stopped now.

My FOnewm had 666 total EXP last time I checked... hm... n.n
