I heard that there is a limit to how many material items each character can use before they can't use any more. Is that true? I really need to know if I should keep leaving my evade and HP materials on the ground lol

There is a limit, yes. Humans can eat 250, Newmans 150, Androids..I forget. But hp and tp mats don't count toward that overall limit, so eat as many of them as you can until the game doesn't let you. That won't affect the other materials.

Androids are also 150. And as SStrikerR said, you should definitely use any and all HP Materials you find, since they have their own separate counter.

After all these years, after hundreds upon hundreds of hours playing PSO, I don't think I've ever seen a TP material. Must be an online-only thing.
